General Business Terms

We are a German company, so our German terms are valid.

1. Business object

Dirk Henze rents holiday homes and apartments through the  internet address www.fewos-henze.de in his own name.

2. Contract

2.1. Booking

The contract is concluded exclusively by reservation. The book gets its effectiveness with the sending of an official confirmation by the landlord. This must be signed and faxed back to the landlord in a specified time frame in the booking confirmation in return.

2.2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions are being specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Accommodation services

3.1. Reservation / Booking

If we can provide housing available for the selected period, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. We ask you to read this, to sign on with your company stamp and return it to us by fax again. This is your book binding.

3.2. Payment

Payment conditions are being specified in the booking confirmation.

4. Arrival / Departure

Arrival- and departure data are being specified in the booking confirmation.

5. Guest liability

Guests are liable for caused damage and damage to property. For non-returned keys will be charged € 50 per key.

6. Jurisdiction

Der Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus dem Mietverthältnis ist gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorschriften die Stadt, in dem das vermietete Objekt gelegen ist; der Gerichtsstand ist daher das Amtsgericht Ulm oder Laupheim.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the rental contract is in accordance with the law of the city in which the leased property is located; the jurisdiction is therefore the district court Ulm or Laupheim.
